On World Heart Day I wish to aware people to keep their Heart healthy. For this one needs to have healthy & balanced meal, proper & sound 6 hour of sleep, low stress level, increase physical activity specially brisk walking for 30 min and must keep their chronic diseases in control like blood pressure, diabetes, uric acid, cholesterol level etc.
