The patient travelled all the way from Ghaziabad seeking treatment for nasal regurgitation of fluids and incomprehensible speech following surgical correction of a cleft palate. To address these concerns, the patient was provided with an obturator to improve speech and prevent nasal regurgitation.
Subsequent follow up has been planned along with ongoing proper speech therapy to even add palatal extension if required in the next follow up visit .
The nasal regurgitation stopped and there was considerable improvement in speech as well

Subsequent follow up has been planned with proper speech therapy to even add palatal extension if required in the next follow up visit .
