ये हो सकता है IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)

- IBS जानलेवा तो नहीं, लेकिन ये आपके quality of life को काफी प्रभावित करता है।

कोलोरेक्टल कैंसर (बड़ी आंत की कैंसर) के इलाज में नई उम्मीद: रूस की वैक्सीन Enteromix

कोलोरेक्टल कैंसर दुनिया में कैंसर से मौत का एक बड़ा कारण है। अक्सर यह देर से पता चलता है और उपलब्ध इलाज (सर्जरी, कीमोथेरेपी, रेडियोथेरेपी) हमेशा प्रभावी नहीं होते।
लेकिन अब रूस से एक बड़ी खुशखबरी आई है—Enteromix, एक नई कैंसर वैक्सीन जिसने ट्रायल में चौंकाने वाले नतीजे दिए हैं।

Enteromix क्या है?
यह एक अत्याधुनिक वैक्सीन है जो शरीर की इम्यूनिटी को कैंसर कोशिकाओं को पहचानने और नष्ट करने के लिए प्रशिक्षित करती है।

अब तक के नतीजे:

प्रीक्लिनिकल स्टडीज़ (जानवरों पर) में ट्यूमर के आकार में 60–80% तक कमी देखी गई।

पहले मानवीय ट्रायल (Phase I) में 48 मरीजों को शामिल किया गया। इसमें वैक्सीन ने 100% प्रभावशीलता और सुरक्षा दिखाई – कोई गंभीर साइड इफेक्ट सामने नहीं आया।

इस वैक्सीन के पहले क्लिनिकल इस्तेमाल के लिए कोलोरेक्टल कैंसर को चुना गया है।

अगर यह वैक्सीन बड़े ट्रायल्स में भी सफल होती है, तो यह कैंसर के इलाज और रोकथाम दोनों में क्रांतिकारी बदलाव ला सकती है।

Straining during defecation can lead to hemorrhoids, re**al prolapse, Diverticular disease etc.

Practical tip to overcome this :

Place a footstool in front of the toilet.

Sit as usual, but rest your feet on the stool.

Lean forward slightly with elbows on knees — this combination simulates the squatting position.

Straining during defecation is often worsened by posture.
Western-style toilets keep the hips and knees at about a 90° angle, which makes the anore**al angle less favorable for easy stool passage.

- Using a small stool/footrest under your legs while sitting on a Western toilet helps mimic the squatting posture.
This does two main things:

1. Straightens the anore**al angle – reducing the “kink” between re**um and a**l ca**l, making stool passage easier.

2. Relaxes pelvic floor muscles – especially the pubore**alis muscle, which normally tightens during sitting, contributing to straining.
