From supporting the construction of ghats to the distribution of prasad for Chhath vratis, every act of service reflects pure devotion and compassion.

ब्रह्मांडीय संबंध का अनावरण: छठ – आत्मा, प्रकृति और प्रकाश का पवित्र संगम

छठ महापर्व केवल एक धार्मिक अनुष्ठान नहीं है, यह मनुष्य और ब्रह्मांड के बीच ऊर्जा-संबंध की सबसे पवित्र साधना है। यह पर्व हमें याद दिलाता है कि हम मात्र शरीर नहीं, बल्कि एक जीवित चेतना हैं जो सूर्य की किरणों, पृथ्वी के स्पंदन और जल की शांति से जुड़ी हुई है। ऋग्वेद, विष्णु पुराण और भागवत पुराण के शाश्वत ज्ञान में निहित यह पर्व भारत की वैदिक आध्यात्मिकता की सबसे जीवंत परंपरा है, जो हजारों वर्षों से निरंतर प्रवाहित हो रही है।

सूर्योपासना का शाश्वत वैदिक अर्थ

दीपावली के छठे दिन कार्तिक मास की षष्ठी तिथि पर मनाया जाने वाला यह पर्व सूर्य षष्ठी व्रत कहलाता है। सूर्य केवल आकाश में जलता हुआ तारा नहीं, बल्कि जीवन का प्रत्यक्ष स्रोत है—प्रभु भास्कर, जो हर जीव में चेतना की ज्योति जलाते हैं। छठ पूजा का व्रती इस ज्योति से संवाद करता है। वह जानता है कि सूर्य की बाहरी रोशनी ही उसकी अंतरात्मा की उजली किरण है। इसीलिए यह व्रत बाहरी उपासना नहीं, बल्कि आंतरिक प्रकाश की यात्रा है—अंधकार से उजाले की, मोह से मुक्ति की।

पंचतत्व से एकात्म संबंध की साधना

छठ पूजा की हर प्रक्रिया, चाहे वह उपवास हो, जल में खड़ा रहना हो, या दीपदान करना—सबमें पंचतत्वों (पृथ्वी, जल, अग्नि, वायु, आकाश) के साथ आत्मसंवाद छिपा होता है। व्रती जब जल में खड़ा होकर सूर्य को अर्घ्य देता है, तब वह अपने भीतर की पृथ्वी जैसी स्थिरता, जल जैसी कोमलता और अग्नि जैसी ऊर्जा को जाग्रत करता है। यह क्षण बाहरी नहीं, आंतरिक शुद्धि का क्षण होता है। शरीर कांपता है, लेकिन आत्मा स्थिर रहती है। जल में लहरों के बीच, व्रती अपने भय, संदेह और थकान को धो डालता है। उसके सामने केवल सूर्य की किरणें होती हैं और भीतर अदृश्य ईश्वर का प्रकाश।

समानता, एकता और भक्ति की गंगा

छठ पर्व का सबसे अद्भुत पक्ष यह है कि इसमें कोई ऊँच-नीच नहीं, कोई अमीर-गरीब नहीं। न कोई ब्राह्मण, न कोई दलित, न कोई सत्ता और न कोई दासता—सब एक हैं, सब भक्त हैं। हजारों लोग एक साथ नदी के किनारे खड़े होते हैं। किसी के हाथ में केले हैं, किसी के पास नारियल, किसी के पास बस विश्वास। यह दृश्य बताता है कि ईश्वर की पूजा में भेदभाव की कोई जगह नहीं होती। छठ वही आध्यात्मिक लोकतंत्र है, जहां हर आत्मा को ईश्वर से मिलने का अधिकार है।

आंतरिक जागरण का विज्ञान

छठ का उपवास केवल भोजन से संयम नहीं, यह मन, वाणी और विचार की शुद्धि का प्रयोग है। व्रती 36 घंटे तक बिना अन्न-जल के रहता है, पर उसकी ऊर्जा कम नहीं होती। उसके चेहरे पर थकान नहीं, बल्कि एक दिव्य दीप्ति होती है। यह दीप्ति बताती है कि भक्ति और संकल्प जब मिलते हैं, तो शरीर की सीमाएँ समाप्त हो जाती हैं। छठ का उपवास केवल धार्मिक नहीं, बल्कि वैज्ञानिक भी है—यह शरीर की कोशिकाओं को पुनर्जीवित करता है, मन को स्थिर करता है और आत्मा को ब्रह्मांड के प्राकृतिक स्पंदन से जोड़ता है।

डूबते और उगते सूर्य का प्रतीकात्मक अर्थ

छठ ही एकमात्र ऐसा पर्व है जिसमें डूबते और उगते सूर्य दोनों की पूजा की जाती है। डूबते सूर्य को अर्घ्य देना सिखाता है कि समापन भी सुंदर होता है, हर अंत में एक नई शुरुआत छिपी होती है। उगते सूर्य को नमन करना यह याद दिलाता है कि प्रत्येक सुबह एक नया अवसर है—पश्चाताप, सुधार और पुनर्जन्म का। इस तरह छठ पर्व जीवन के हर पहलू—उदय, अस्त और पुनरुत्थान—को आत्मसात करता है।

ब्रह्मांडीय ऊर्जा से एकाकार अनुभव

जब व्रती बहते जल में खड़ा होकर सूर्य को अर्घ्य देता है, तो वह केवल हाथ नहीं उठाता, वह अपनी आत्मा को उठाता है। उस क्षण वह पृथ्वी की ऊर्जा, सूर्य की अग्नि और जल की शीतलता को एक साथ अनुभव करता है। यही वह क्षण है जब मानव सूक्ष्म जगत (Microcosm) बनकर ब्रह्मांडीय जगत (Macrocosm)** से जुड़ जाता है। डॉ. विमल इस स्थिति को “चेतना का छठा आयाम” कहते हैं—जहां मनुष्य अपने भीतर की दिव्यता को पहचानता है।

छठी मैया: मातृशक्ति का ब्रह्मांडीय रूप

छठ महापर्व की अधिष्ठात्री देवी छठी मैया, प्रकृति की छठी अभिव्यक्ति हैं—शिव-शक्ति की वह दिव्य ऊर्जा जो सृष्टि को जन्म देती है। जब कोई स्त्री या पुरुष इस व्रत को करता है, तो वह केवल देवी की पूजा नहीं करता, बल्कि अपने भीतर की मातृशक्ति, करुणा और सृजनशीलता को जागृत करता है। इसीलिए छठ पर्व में स्त्रियों की भूमिका अत्यंत पवित्र और प्रेरणादायक मानी जाती है। वे केवल पूजा नहीं करतीं, बल्कि समर्पण की जीती-जागती प्रतिमा बन जाती हैं।

भक्ति का सामूहिक स्पंदन

नदी किनारे हज़ारों दीप जब एक साथ जलते हैं, तो वह दृश्य केवल सुंदर नहीं, बल्कि ब्रह्मांडीय सौंदर्य का सजीव प्रतीक होता है। ढोलक की थाप, गीतों की स्वर-लहरियाँ, बालकों की हँसी और वृद्धों की मौन प्रार्थना—सब मिलकर एक ऐसी तरंग बनाते हैं जो हर हृदय को स्पर्श करती है। उस समय यह स्पष्ट महसूस होता है कि भक्ति केवल व्यक्तिगत नहीं, सामूहिक चेतना का विस्तार है। हर व्यक्ति एक-दूसरे में उसी प्रकाश को पहचानता है जो सूर्य में चमक रहा है।

आध्यात्मिकता की वैज्ञानिक परंपरा

डॉ. मनोज कुमार विमल इस पर्व को “स्पंदन विज्ञान” कहते हैं। उनके अनुसार छठ पूजा वह प्रक्रिया है जिसमें मानव शरीर का प्रत्येक कण सूर्य की किरणों से संवाद करता है। जल में खड़ा व्रती वास्तव में पृथ्वी की ऊर्जा को सूर्य की ऊर्जा से जोड़ता है। यह संयोजन मनुष्य के शरीर, मन और आत्मा के बीच गहन सामंजस्य उत्पन्न करता है। यही कारण है कि छठ के दौरान मनोबल, इच्छा-शक्ति और मानसिक संतुलन अपने चरम पर होता है।

सनातन परंपरा का जीवंत प्रमाण

छठ महापर्व यह साबित करता है कि भारत की आध्यात्मिक परंपरा केवल अतीत की धरोहर नहीं, बल्कि आज भी उतनी ही प्रासंगिक है। ऋषियों ने जिस चेतना विज्ञान की स्थापना की थी, वही आज भी घाटों पर, गीतों में, दीपों में और भक्तों की आंखों में झलकता है। यह पर्व हमारी जड़ों से जुड़ने और आत्मा को ब्रह्मांड के साथ एक करने का माध्यम है।

छठ – आत्मबोध की यात्रा

छठ केवल व्रत नहीं, जीवन का दर्शन है। यह सिखाता है कि ईश्वर दूर नहीं, हमारे भीतर है; प्रकाश बाहर नहीं, हमारी आत्मा में है। जब हम सूर्य की किरणों में अपने ही प्रतिबिंब को पहचान लेते हैं, तब हम जान जाते हैं कि भक्ति ही विज्ञान है, और विज्ञान ही भक्ति का शुद्धतम रूप।

डॉ. मनोज कुमार विमल के शब्दों में –
“छठ वह क्षण है जब मानव अपनी सीमाओं से ऊपर उठकर ब्रह्मांड के साथ एकाकार हो जाता है। वह जान जाता है कि सूर्य में जो तेज है, वही उसके भीतर की आत्मा का प्रकाश है।”

छठ का यह दिव्य पर्व हमें याद दिलाता है कि ब्रह्मांड और मनुष्य अलग नहीं, बल्कि एक ही ऊर्जा की दो अभिव्यक्तियाँ हैं। यही इस पर्व का सच्चा अर्थ है –
प्रकाश में डूबना नहीं, स्वयं प्रकाश बन जाना।

During the Navratri Sadhana, under the guidance of revered Gurudev Dr. Manoj Kumar Vimal ji, a divine phenomenon was witnessed by all present (offline and online). Eight coconuts (Shri Fal) offered by Gurudev spontaneously cracked open without any external force, symbolizing the acceptance and blessings of the Supreme Power, Param Shiv Shakti.

Without any external force or impact, the coconuts cracked open, revealing the inner white part, symbolizing the divine presence.
🕉️🕉️ Gurudev's chanting and presence created a divine atmosphere, helping even Sadhaks connect with the higher Divine realms.

The spontaneous splitting of coconuts signifies the divine acceptance of the offerings and prayers under guidance of an enlightened Guru.
