Did you know that meditation can

Things really get interesting when you look at the neuroscience. In recent years, neuroscientists have been peering into the heads of meditators, and they’ve found that the practice can rewire key parts of the brain involved with self-awareness, compassion, and resiliency.

One study from the Harvard Gazette found that just eight weeks of meditation resulted in measurable decreases in gray matter density in the area of the brain associated with stress.

How many of you thought of your favorite way perceive the information?
I was reading today some article and found out that the are three main ones:
🐳 visual 🐳 auditory 🐳 kinesthetic

For example, some people tend to be highly visual and are affected the most by what they see. They will pick a partner based on their looks and will always take a pride in their appearance.
Other people will focus mire on sounds, although they may be affected by imagery, sounds have even more effect on them. They may fall in love while talking over the phone because they like other person’s voice.
Finally, the third type doesn’t focus much on how things look or sound, but on how they feel.
