Promoting Fitness & Wellbeing at Red RocX Wellness
We had an impactful online and offline session at Red RocX Fitness club with Ashwini Waskar and myself.
The session combined simple, science-based bodyweight exercises with a short guided meditation to help participants feel energetic, focused, and centred.
Ashwini demonstrated mobility drills, stretches, and strength movements suitable for beginners, runners, and those dealing with injuries.
I led a brief mindfulness practice to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and improve mental clarity.
