We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our team in Perinthalmanna. If you have a passion for accuracy, patient care, and contributing to vital diagnostic services, we encourage you to apply.

Required Qualifications and Skills ✅
Educational Background:

B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical Lab Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or equivalent).

DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) from a recognized institution.

Experience: Previous experience in a diagnostic laboratory setting is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated fresh graduates.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in various laboratory techniques and the operation of automated lab equipment.

Personal Attributes:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
