These pancakes are not sweet and fluffy. But they will make your hips and lower back strong and flexible 💪
Try 3 sets of 10 reps with a 10-30 second hold in the final stretch position, before pulling yourself out. Bodyweight is sufficient but if you are a nerd like me then go ahead and try using extra weight like shown in the videos 👉

Hey friends, how is it going in this 👑 times? I’ve just had the first plane trip in 11 months 😱 and finally got to visit my family in the Northern India. Now back to Goa - fresh and sound and sanitized 😏 and happy to continue my teaching practice!

New Workshop alert : The Health of Knees.
The cue ‘don’t let your knees pass your toes’ or thinking it’s bad to let your knees pass your toes is still very common.
Of course in certain yoga poses we need to maintain a straight line for stability. But is it always better to keep the knees behind the toes ?? NO - We actually need to train the knee to go pass the toes as its happens naturally during stepping upstairs or in deep squats.
There are various factors involved in maintaining the health of the knee from strengthening quads and calves to dorsiflexion in your ankles and to the reliability of the hamstrings.
For this to explore and share some valuable insights that I have gained from Yoga and other disciplines to keep the optimal functioning of our knees, building resilience and strength, and to maintain the ROM we need to have.
I will be hosting a Health of knee Online workshop on 12th & 13th of September,
3 pm to 5 pm Indian time both days.
The first day we will look into strengthening aspects and work that is required to make our knee bulletproof and Second day for flexibility & mobility regimes.
