Homemade healthy pizza, made with fresh veggies and lots of love ๐กโจ

๐ ๐ฉโ๐ณ ๐ ๐ฅ๐ก Homemade Healthy Pizza Recipe
๐ Ingredients
For the base
โข Whole wheat flour โ 1 cup
โข Dry yeast โ 1 tsp
โข Warm water โ ยฝ cup
โข Olive oil โ 1 tbsp
โข Salt โ ยฝ tsp
โข Sugar or honey โ ยฝ tsp
For the sauce
โข Tomato puree โ ยฝ cup
โข Garlic (grated) โ 1 tsp
โข Olive oil โ 1 tsp
โข Oregano / mixed herbs โ ยฝ tsp
โข Salt โ to taste
Toppings
โข Capsicum (bell pepper) โ sliced
โข Onion โ thin slices
โข Tomato โ slices
โข Mushroom โ sliced
โข Broccoli / zucchini โ optional
โข Mozzarella cheese โ ยฝ cup (or low-fat cheese)

๐ฉโ๐ณ Method
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the dough
โข Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Rest 5โ10 minutes until foamy.
โข Add flour, salt, olive oil. Knead into soft dough.
โข Cover and rest for 1 hour until doubled.
2๏ธโฃ Make the sauce
โข Heat oil, add garlic, tomato puree, herbs, and salt.
โข Cook for 5โ7 minutes. Let cool.
3๏ธโฃ Assemble pizza
โข Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (392ยฐF).
โข Roll dough into a thin base.
โข Spread sauce evenly.
โข Add vegetables and sprinkle cheese.
4๏ธโฃ Bake
โข Bake for 12โ15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melts.
