Hair fall can be caused by various factors, including
1. *Genetics (Androgenetic Alopecia):* The most common cause of hair loss, also known as male-pattern or female-pattern baldness. It's hereditary and can affect both men and women.
2. *Hormonal Changes:* Fluctuations in hormones due to pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, or conditions like polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS) can lead to hair loss.
3. *Nutritional Deficiencies:* Inadequate intake of essential nutrients like vitamins and minerals can result in weak, brittle hair and hair loss.
4. *Stress*: Physical or emotional stress can disrupt the hair growth cycle, leading to increased shedding or even hair loss conditions
5. *Medical Conditions*: Conditions such as alopecia areata, Thyroid, autoimmune diseases,underlying health issues can contribute to hair loss.
6. *Scalp Conditions*: Conditions like dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, scalp, psoriasis and scalp infections like ringworm can affect the health of the scalp and lead to hair fall if left untreated.
7. *Excessive Styling or Harsh Products*: Overuse of heat styling tools, chemical treatments like perms or straightening, tight hairstyles like tight ponytails or braids and harsh hair care products like Hair dye, Hair colour chemical shampoo, Conditioner, serum, styling gel can weaken the hair shaft and cause breakage.
