One minute Plank Challenge for 10 days
This will be helpful to Raise Awareness for Physical Fitness and harmful effects of Drug abuse for a better Physical and Mental health.

Thanks to my respected Pithoragarh Police for nominating me.
Today, I would like to nominate every fitness freaks

Once you are nominated, your 10 days start the next day.

01. Everyday you will record yourself doing any type of plank for 01 minute. One can do any variation of plank, if you need to get down in between that's fine, just get back up and complete the 01 minute.
Let's just keep motivating each other and make fitness a lifestyle
02. Everyday you must nominate a different person and can nominate more than one person also.
