🌅 Why Ayurveda insists on waking up early (Brahma Muhurta)

In the early morning hours, the atmosphere is rich in ozone, making it naturally energizing and refreshing.
Those who wake up early experience more energy, clarity, charm, and enthusiasm compared to late risers.

⏰ Sleeping late and waking after sunrise increases Kapha dosha, which can lead to:
• Incomplete bowel cleansing
• Repeated cold & cough
• Laziness and fatigue

✨ Make early rising a habit your body and mind will thank you.

Namaskar 🙏
In Ayurveda, Dinacharya is more than just a routine—it is a science of living well. From the moment we wake up to the time we rest at night, our daily habits are designed to help us work efficiently, rest adequately, and truly enjoy life.

The disciplined lifestyle followed by people in earlier times was the key to their robust health and freedom from many lifestyle disorders that are common today. Understanding and adopting Dinacharya can help us restore balance, vitality, and long-term well-being.

✨ Ayurvedic Winter Special | Malpua ✨

According to Ayurveda, Hemant & Shishir Rutu are the best seasons for nourishing, warm, freshly prepared foods that strengthen the body and support Dhatu Poshana.

This traditional Ayurvedic Malpua, made with Godhuma (wheat) and Guda (jaggery), is not just a treat
🌿 it supports Agni (digestion)
🌿 nourishes body tissues
🌿 builds strength, especially for growing children
🌿 and keeps the body warm during winter

Prepared hot and fresh, this recipe beautifully blends taste with health, exactly as Ayurveda recommends.
