Ways to reduce Uric acid levels naturally

Avoid/ reduce :
Red meat , lamb, pork , mutton
Liver
Reduce cauliflower , green peas, mushrooms
Sea food like prawns, sardine , tuna , lobster, mussels
Avoid sweetened beverages , sugary foods . Replace it with fiber rich smoothies
Cut down fats
Loose weight
Reduce alcoholic drinks

Recommendations intake:
Complex carbohydrates - whole grains, more fruits fresh - frozen or dried fruit and vegetables
Eat cherries
Oats
Barley
Nuts
Moderate intake of coffee
Eat lean meat like poultry , low fat diary , lentils

Simple Ways to Reduce Water Retention:

Eat Less Salt.
Salt is made of sodium and chloride. Sodium can bind to water in the body, and decreasing your salt intake may help reduce water retention.

Increase your Magnesium Intake.
Good sources include nuts, whole grains, dark chocolate and leafy, green vegetables. It’s also available as a supplement.

Increase Vitamin B6 Intake. Vitamin B6 is a group of several related vitamins. Foods rich in vitamin B6 include bananas, potatoes, walnuts and meat.

Eat More Potassium rich foods.
Potassium helps to reduce water retention in two ways, by decreasing sodium levels and increasing urine production. Bananas, avocados and tomatoes are high in potassium.

Other measures :

* Avoid Refined Carbohydrates. Eating refined carbs leads to rapid spikes in blood sugar and insulin levels. High insulin levels cause your body to retain more sodium by increasing the reabsorption of sodium in the kidneys
* Exercise on a regular basis.
* Sleep more.
* Stress less.
* Drink more water.
* Do not sit with your feet hanging down for long periods of time.
* Avoid repetitive motions, or take frequent breaks often to rest a body area.
* Keep your feet elevated.
* Wear compression socks or leggings.
* Parsley , garlic , fennel , cranberry juice has been claimed to have diuretic effects.

Cold compress - Apply a clean, wet washcloth to your eye area.
Tea bags-Tea contains caffeine, which may help draw water out of your under-eye area and bring down swelling.
Facial massage- Use your fingers or a cold metal facial roller to massage your face.
