A sub-ILM hemorrhage is bleeding within the eye between the internal limiting membrane (ILM) and the retinal nerve fiber layer. It is a serious condition, often caused by Valsalva retinopathy, Terson syndrome, ocular trauma, or blood dyscrasias, that can lead to severe, sudden vision loss. While blood may clear over months, prompting treatment with vitrectomy, laser, or tissue plasminogen activator can be necessary to prevent retinal damage

Post - Operative Endophthalmitis case. Where the vision dropped to PL+PR+ following cataract surgery. Intravitreal antibiotics were given and patient was taken up for Vitrectomy. Early intervention not only saved the patients eye but also got him useful vision. So never delay your surgery and show your nearby retina specialist immediately.

Vogt striae are a sign of keratoconus, a corneal disorder where the cornea thins and bulges into a cone shape. These striae are fine, vertical lines or stress lines visible in the deep stroma and Descemets membrane of the cornea. They are typically oriented vertically, parallel to the steep axis of the corneal cone.
