We are all born into a family in which those relationships are hardwired as karmic relationships. Family karma is a hardwired karma.

You have no choice. You are born to go through the karma with spiritual awareness, to heal yourself. So no need to blame, condemn or hate anyone of them. Letโ€™s know that they are also an instrument of pure consciousness, and letโ€™s deal with this divine understanding.

We may have pain, deep hurt, but not necessary to turn into hatred or resentment, which will only keep the karma cycle alive to affect the next generation.

When we say family karma is hardwired karma, it means:

The emotional patterns, beliefs, fears, and behaviours we inherit from our family become deeply embedded โ€” almost like a default programming in our nervous system and subconscious mind.

Itโ€™s called hardwired because:
โ€ข You didnโ€™t consciously choose it
โ€ข It operates automatically
โ€ข It shapes how you think, react, and relate to people
โ€ข It feels like โ€œthis is just who I am,โ€ even when itโ€™s not truly your nature

Family karma is passed through generationsโ€”not only through stories and upbringing, but also through epigenetics, where emotional wounds and survival patterns leave chemical imprints on DNA.
