अल्लाह तआला हम सबकी इबादतों को कबूल फरमाए, हमारे दिलों में मोहब्बत, रहमत और भाईचारा पैदा करे। यह मुबारक दिन पूरी दुनिया के लिए अमन, सुकून और बरकत लेकर आए।

हम दुआ करते हैं कि दुनिया भर में जो भी मज़लूम, बेबस और परेशान लोग हैं अल्लाह उनकी हिफाज़त फरमाए, उनकी मुश्किलें आसान करे और उन्हें जल्द राहत अता करे।

Is there a broken "window" in your mind?

In 1982, social scientists proposed an interesting theory called the "Broken Window Theory."

The idea is simple: If just one window in a beautiful building is broken and not repaired immediately, passersby will think that no one is taking care of it. The result? In a short time, people will break the rest of the windows, and garbage will start to accumulate there. Just one broken window can ruin the entire building.

The same principle applies to our personality.

Today's little indolence, a lie, skipping exercise, or bad manners... all of these are the "first broken window" of our personality. If we ignore it, our brain receives the signal that "discipline is not important." Gradually, our entire personality deteriorates.

Examine yourself. Is there a broken window somewhere? If so, fix it today, before the entire building is affected.

یہی اصول ہماری شخصیت پر بھی لاگو ہوتا ہے۔

آج کی چھوٹی سی سستی، ایک جھوٹ، ورزش چھوڑ دینا، یا بد اخلاقی۔۔۔ یہ سب ہماری ذات کی وہ "پہلی ٹوٹی ہوئی کھڑکی" ہیں۔ اگر ہم نے اسے نظر انداز کیا، تو ہمارا دماغ یہ سگنل وصول کرتا ہے کہ "ڈسپلن اہم نہیں ہے۔" رفتہ رفتہ ہماری پوری شخصیت زوال کا شکار ہو جاتی ہے۔

The Two Wolves Within Each of Us !

One evening, a young boy sat by the fireplace with his grandfather.

He lowered his head and said in a weary voice:
“Grandpa… inside me, it feels like two wolves are constantly pulling in different directions.

One is good: it seeks peace, kindness, and effort.

The other is bad: it feels envy, anger, the urge to strike back, and the desire to give up.

I am tired because they are at odds every single day… So in the end, which one wins?”

The grandfather remained silent for a moment, gazing into the flames, then spoke slowly:

“The wolf that wins is the one you feed every day.”

The boy looked up, puzzled:
“Feed them with what?
I don’t raise wolves.”

The grandfather smiled:
“You feed them with the things you repeat:

The words you say to yourself every day,
The people you keep close,
The thoughts you allow to dwell in your mind,And the things you see, hear, and watch… until they become habits.”

He placed a hand on the boy’s shoulder:
