Dr Prachi N Swami I guide women to navigate grief after loss of loved ones, regenerate happiness, peace, harmony and rise up again! My top five struggles were:

It can be a major derailment and immense suffering in silence after a loss of loved one. While contemplating on my life, I asked myself a question:

“When it comes to navigating vulnerable phase of grief, what did I struggle with most?"
The answer has been loud and clear! Not knowing where to start
2. Not able to put my thoughts and feelings in proper words
3. Not having non-judgmental and safe s

upport around
4. Staying consistent in tough times and not finding the time
5. Feeling confused and overwhelmed by physical and emotional sensations for no obvious reason

Despite having access to the best medical care, I found that I was frustrated with conventional support and treating problems with medicine. I had no idea how to redirect all the bottled-up emotions which were eventually oozing out of me. After going through my personal growth journey, I experienced the power of regenerating, being heard and understood the way I am! It was the beginning of self-healing, finding new meaningful life! Soon I realized that there are many women around struggling to resolve their intense emotions of grief, misery, anger, frustration, fear, anxiety, guilt, hatred, shame and much more. So, I've decided to guide women going through grief after loss of loved ones. I wish someone had given me the non-judgmental support when I was going through it all; that would have saved me years of misery and frustration.

Your capacity doesn’t suddenly change

Your internal state does

On days you feel light…

your system is not overloaded

On days everything feels difficult…

it’s not the work

It’s the emotional weight you’re carrying

Unprocessed emotions

internal pressure

That’s what makes simple things feel hard

You don’t suddenly “overreact”

You accumulate emotions over time

Unspoken thoughts
ignored feelings
unfinished emotional moments

They don’t disappear

They stay in your system

And slowly…

they build pressure

That’s why sometimes:

👉 a small situation feels too big
👉 you react more than expected
👉 you feel “this is not like me”

But it is like you

It’s just a version of you
that has been holding too much for too long

In my work with women…

this is where awareness changes everything

Because once you see this…

You stop blaming yourself

And start releasing what you’ve been carrying

Most women label themselves as:

“too sensitive”
“too emotional”
“too reactive”

But what if that’s not the truth?

What if…

👉 your system is just overstimulated
👉 your mind is overloaded
👉 your emotions haven’t had space to process

Because when your system is constantly “on”:

every small thing feels big
every situation feels intense
every thought feels heavy

And then you start believing:

👉 “Something is wrong with me”

In my work with women, I see this shift clearly…

The moment they slow down
process what they feel
and create internal space

They don’t feel “too much” anymore

They feel stable

Not because life became easier

But because their system
stopped carrying everything at once

So today, instead of judging yourself…

Pause and ask:

👉 “Am I really too sensitive…
or just carrying too much without release?”

This is one of the biggest myths

“Some people are just calm by nature”

No



Calm is not personality

It’s trained regulation



In my work with women…

the calmest ones are not the ones with easy lives

Without this…
