It was a privilege to meet Optom. Rabindra Sir & Priya Pandey ma'am, two inspiring leaders in Vision Therapy.

Their shared stories of overcoming challenges and building meaningful change have left a lasting mark.

I'm now recharged to approach my work with fresh energy, bolder ideas, and a clearer focus on what matters most.

Thank you, Optom.Rabindra Sir & Priya Pandey ma'am, for your valuable suggestions and motivational words.

Eye tracking problems, often tied to conditions like convergence insufficiency or oculomotor dysfunction, occur when the eyes can't efficiently follow a moving target or shift focus between points with precision.

When eyes can't track fluidly, reading becomes a herculean effort: words jumble, comprehension dips, and homework turns into a nightly battle. Vision therapy flips the script by honing tracking and refixatory eye movements.
Studies show participants often report doubled reading speeds and halved errors, transforming reluctant readers into eager explorers of stories and ideas.

Staring at screens all day? You're not alone in the eye-strain epidemic. Poor tracking amplifies it, leading to headaches, eyestrain feeling by noon.
Vision therapy builds visual stamina, training the eyes to focus and refocus efficiently.

Eye tracking is the unsung hero of every sprint, swing, and shot—anticipating trajectories, scanning the field, reacting in split seconds. When it's off-kilter, so is your game.
Vision therapy steps in as the ultimate coach, enhancing peripheral awareness, visual reaction time, and eye-hand coordination.

Vision therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all fix, but for those grappling with eye tracking woes, it's a proven path to empowerment.

If any of this resonates, give us a call to book your eye exam.

Your eyes have stories to tell, worlds to conquer—why not give them the tools to do it brilliantly?

It was truly a privilege to introduce the next generation of optometrists to the fascinating world of Behavioural Optometry — where we look beyond 6/6 vision to understand how the eyes, brain, and body work together to support learning, attention, and performance.

A big thank you to the faculty for the warm welcome and to every student for their curiosity, thoughtful questions, and eagerness to explore vision therapy.

We don’t just correct eyesight; we help people see, learn, and live better.

Understanding Cerebral/Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI) in Kids:
Every child experiences CVI uniquely, but here are some common signs to watch for.

Early awareness can make a big difference!

Reduced Visual Attention:
Struggles to spot toys in a messy bin or pick out familiar faces in a crowd.

Delayed Visual Processing:
Takes longer to react to what they see, like copying words or drawings.

Color Preferences:
Drawn to bright, bold colors rather than soft pastels.

Motion Sensitivity:
Notices moving objects more (e.g., a toy only when shaken), but has trouble following fast ones.

Mobility Challenges: Trips over curbs, stairs, or uneven surfaces due to visual hurdles.

If this sounds familiar, visit us for a functional vision assessment.

Binasal occlusion is a simple, non-surgical treatment that uses an occusion on the inside edges of a patient's eyeglasses.

Think of it as a way to "retrain" the eyes to work better together without blocking off one eye completely like in traditional eye patching.

Since the inward-turning eye can no longer see the part of the world it was "crossing" to see, it is forced to move back toward a straighter position to get a clear view.

Which helps train the brain and eye muscles to work together correctly.

At Finevision, we not only treat vision issues but also improve patient’s quality of life.

Are you wondering what is happening in the Vision Therapy Program?

We are addressing the root of vertical squint along with shaky eyes(nystagmus), treating it as a holistic sensory processing issue.

Such therapies fix how your eyes, balance, and body work as a team. They are like training your brain to put all the pieces together, so you feel steadier, see better, and don't have symptoms.

It's a way to treat the whole problem, not just the eyes, and it often works better than just using glasses, prisms, or surgery.

As professionals, we put lots of effort into determining what works best for each patient. Hence, we help to effect positive life changes for more and more of our patients.

If you are struggling with any vision related issues, feel free to contact on +917820869736.

A functional vision assessment evaluates how a person uses their vision in everyday situation.

It goes beyond standard eye exams, evaluating eye teaming, tracking, and focusing skills.

It’s crucial for identifying vision issues linked to learning or behavioral challenges.

Red/green glasses are a vital tool in vision therapy, particularly for anti-suppression activities aimed at treating lazy eye or strabismus.

These glasses, with one red lens and one green lens, facilitate monocular fixation in a binocular field (MFBF) exercises, encouraging both eyes to work together.

During activities, patients view red/green targets, such as reading charts or cards, where each eye sees only its corresponding color due to matching filters.

This setup helps patients recognize and correct suppression of the weaker eye, with optometrists monitoring feedback to ensure binocular engagement.

I recently had an opportunity to lead a Parent Awareness Workshop focused on the transformative role of vision therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and it was a truly rewarding experience.

We explored the critical need for Functional Vision Assessments, shedding light on how vision challenges can create significant obstacles for children with autism.

Through meaningful discussions, parents gained a clear understanding of how targeted vision therapy can break down these barriers, fostering improvements in learning, communication, and overall development.

A sincere thank you to everyone who joined and made this event so special. Let’s keep this momentum going, spreading awareness, and building brighter futures for autistic children together!

Meet a 7-year-old girl with Autism whose world once felt out of reach. Poor eye contact, weak motor coordination, delayed speech, and repetitive behaviors—like spinning toys for hours—defined her days.

Then came vision therapy, tailored to her unique needs. After months of dedicated sessions, her transformation stunned her family: she now locks eyes with her parents, grips a pencil with ease, speaks more relevantly, and has waved goodbye to repetitive habits.

Vision therapy didn’t just sharpen her sight—it rewired how her brain connects to the world.

For her, it was the key to unlocking her potential. Could it be for your child too?
