🔍 Key Symptoms of Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction:
• Pain in the front of the pelvis, lower back, hips, or groin
• Pain that worsens when walking, climbing stairs, or turning in bed
• Clicking or grinding sensation in the pelvic area
• Difficulty standing on one leg (like when dressing)

• Hormonal changes during pregnancy (causing ligament loosening)
• Uneven movement of pelvic joints
• Previous pelvic injury or trauma
• Overstretching during exercise or childbirth
💡 Management & Treatment:
Physiotherapy: Strengthening and stabilizing exercises for pelvic muscles
• Pelvic support belt: To reduce joint movement and pain
• Good posture practices: Avoid standing on one leg or twisting movements
• Applying heat or ice packs: For pain relief
• Pain relief medications: Only as prescribed by your doctor
