Hair loss is a common problem every individual faces which can be emotionally and psychologically disturbing. We normally lose 80-100 hair per day. Hair loss or Baldness or Alopecia is multifactorial. Identifying the possible aetiology is the key. Treatment is multimodal. No single therapy is effective. Combination of oral medications and topicals form the medical management. PRP/GFC temporarily boosts hair growth by locally delivering growth factors.
