Dr. Samrat Jankar was happy and honoured to be invited by the Nashik Surgical Society to give an academic talk and perform a live surgery on a**l fissure. The session brought surgeons together for learning, discussion, and sharing real surgical experiences. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Mahesh Malu, Dr. Pramod Shinde, and the entire organizing committee for their trust and warm hospitality. It was inspiring to meet and interact with respected surgeons like Dr. Kulkarni, Dr. Sonar, Dr. Nagesh, Dr. Shilpa Madam, Dr. Amit and many others who added great academic value to the program. 🌍 World Piles Day – Mega Awareness Event at Durga Tekdi, Nigdi

Kaizen Gastro Care, along with ACRSI, Poona Surgical Society, Bowel Cancer Foundation, and Gut Fit Club, organised a grand Walkathon at Durga Tekdi, Nigdi. The event started with an engaging Street Drama, spreading awareness on early diagnosis and healthy lifestyle habits to prevent piles. This was followed by the felicitation of special guests and informative talks by Dr. Samrat Jankar, Dr. Pradip, Dr. Shivmurti, and Dr. Abhaychandra on the importance of World Piles Day. The Walkathon received an amazing response with 3000+ participants and widespread distribution of awareness pamphlets. For the first time in Pune, 200+ morning walkers gathered as early as 5:30 AM to support the cause — truly living the theme “Break the Silence on Piles!” A heartfelt appreciation to our mentors Dr. Vikrant Kale and Dr. Samrat Jankar, whose guidance and efforts made this mega event a huge success. The event ended with the National Anthem and refreshments for all.
