Check your thoughts πŸ™‡ just after wake up.

You were not in communication with anyone in last 7-8 hrs.

The thoughts you woke up with are already existed in your Subconscious Mind .

You might have overthink a lot in your awake time and as our subconscious mind never sleeps, the thoughts remain always active even in your sleep state.

And because of such thoughts we won't able to set our morning routine and we felt lost and choose distractions to overcome that emptiness.

So before sleep, practice to erase or unclutter your mind before sleep to have a productive day.
