Like any other business you need to give yourself TIME. You cannot expect things to happen straight away unless you are a master at planning.❤️

Normal people like me practice practice practice practice then succeed. The secret is in - not giving up.🔥

When you are practicing which almost look you are failing - you are actually developing skills. Give yourself time, with consistentcy and daily activity- you ll succeed.

But remember if you quit during this process- you go back to zero

Confidence comes by practicing trying then succeeding.

When you get an infection, there’s more bad bacteria, knocking your system out of balance. Good bacteria helps eliminate extra bad bacteria, returning the balance.🎯

Though the most common place linked to beneficial microbes is your gut (mostly large intestines), we have several locations in and on our body that host good microbes. These locations are in contact with the “outside world" and include your:🤔

• Gut.
• Mouth.
• Urinary tract.
• Skin.
• Lungs.

There are many types of bacteria that can be considered probiotics, there are two specific types of bacteria that are common probiotics. These are

• Lactobacillus.

• Bifidobacterium.

Probiotics are also made up of good yeast. The most common type of yeast found in probiotics is:

• Saccharomyces boulardii

We can absolutely increase beneficial microbes in our body from the foods we eat. These food can be 🥗

• Yogurt.
• Buttermilk
• Cottage cheese.
• Kombucha.
• Tempeh.
• Fermented pickles ..
