Nasal endoscopy is a procedure which is used to visualise the nasal passages. It can be done in the OPD itself. Prior to the procedure, the nose is 'prepared' using a mixture of topical anaesthesia and decongestant, so that the patient is comfortable. Then, a nasal endoscope connected with a light and camera is used, and the image is visible on the screen.

Sharing below is a picture of a nasal polyp arising from the right maxillary sinus, in an adult male, who complained of one-sided nasal stuffiness.
