KIDS FRIENDLY LADOO MUST HAVE 🤗🤷
How to make?
INGREDIENTS 👇
👉1 cup dates / khajoor (seedless)
👉1 tbsp ghee / clarified butter
👉½ cup almonds / badam (chopped)
👉½ cup cashew / kaju (chopped)
👉2 tbsp dates / kishmish
👉¼ cup dry coconut / copra (chopped)
👉1 tsp poppy seeds / khus khus
INSTRUCTIONS 👇
1️⃣ firstly, take 1 cup seedless dates in a blender and blend to coarse paste without adding any water. keep aside.
2️⃣ in a large kadai heat 1 tbsp ghee and add ½ cup almonds, ½ cup cashew, 2 tbsp dates and ¼ cup dry coconut.
3️⃣ roast on low flame for 5 minutes or till nuts turn crunchy.
4️⃣now add 1 tsp poppy seeds and roast for 2 minutes.And add in crushed dates and mix well.
5️⃣ continue to fry on medium flame smashing dates with a spatula. this helps dates to separate out and mix uniformly with other dry fruits.
6️⃣ furthermore, saute till the dates start releasing oil.
7️⃣ turn off the flame and allow to cool for a minute or 5.
8️⃣ then immediately start making laddus. do not cool completely, then you wont be able to make laddus.
9️⃣ finally, serve immediately or store dates ladoo in airtight container for a month or more.

INGREDIENTS ⤵️
2 litre milk
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon date jaggery
1/2 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
1 handful crushed roasted cashews1 handful almonds
2 tablespoon raisins
▶️Process⤵️
⏩Step 1 / 3 Boil And Curdle The Milk
To begin with this easy recipe, just boil milk in a vessel. Once the milk starts boiling, add 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, allow the milk to curdle. Discard the watery part and strain the curdled milk through a muslin cloth, squeeze out the water and put a weight on it and keep is aside.
⏩Step 2 / 3 Make The Sandesh Dough
Take a large tray, add the Chenna and mix it with jaggery and knead a smooth dough. Heat a pan and add this dough, keep stirring this mixture.
⏩Step 3 / 3 Shape The Sandesh And Enjoy
Make sure you knead the Chenna into a fine smooth mix, then add and cardamom powder. Knead it nicely and add the chopped and crushed dry fruits and nuts. Give desired shapes or you can also use a Sandesh mould. Place them on a plate and garnish the way you like and enjoy.
