Women should be taught self-care. They should be independent to take care of their health.
Men's role is to make sure that what they have understood about diet and exercise and stress management, make sure that their spouses are doing it. Help them to do. In general, females never care for their health. This is the way our society and customs are designed. let the man first eat if there is something left, she will eat. She will get up at 1 am or 5 am and cook for her man, but she will not get up or even at times put effort to cook the right food for herself.
Men can add value to women's health by treating them equally. NO inequality in gender when it comes to health.
Men's health is important because he is the one who makes decisions for the whole family and if his decision fails, everyone's health will go for a toss. When men are healthy, their minds are healthy and compassionate. When men are healthy, they are giving better judgment.
