Moringa Soup शेवग्याच्या शेंगा सूप
खरेतर शेवग्याच्या शेंगा कोणत्याही पद्धतीने खाल्ल्या तरी त्या चवीला छान लागतात आणि भरपुर पोषक घटकयुक्त असतात.
तरीही हे शेवग्याचे सूप आरोग्यासाठी खूप फायदेशीर आहेत, सर्वात जास्त फायदा हा हाडांसाठी होतो, हे सूप
किंवा ह्याची भाजी खाल्ल्याने हाडांमधील ठिसूळपणा कमी होतो,
वजन कमी करण्यास तर अत्यंत फायदेशीर आहे, रक्तामधील लोहाचे प्रमाण वाढते, डायबेटिसच्या रुग्णांमध्ये वाढलेली साखर कमी करण्यास मदत होते, असे अनेक फायदे तर आहेतच पण चविलाही उत्तम आहे त्यामुळे हे सूप लहान मुलपण आवडीने पितात, हे लहान मुलान सारखे प्यायला दिल्यास त्यांच्यामध्ये कधीही ड जीवनसत्व ची कमी होणार नाही आणि त्यांची वाढ उत्तम पद्धतीने होईन.
ह्या सूपमध्ये भोपळा, पालक, मूग किंवा मसूरडाळ, टाकून ह्यामधील पोषक तत्वे वाढवण्यासोबतच चवही वाढेल
बारामतीमध्ये श्री वामन गरुड काका ह्यांचे हे घरगुती पद्धतीने बनविलेले भोपळा आणि मोरिंगा सूप चवीला तर छान आहेच परंतु पोषक तत्वांनी समृद्ध आहे.

Moringa Soup (Drumstick Soup)

In fact, drumsticks in any form taste good and are rich in nutrients, no matter how they are cooked.
Still, this moringa soup is extremely beneficial for health, with its greatest benefit being for bone health. Consuming this soup or a curry made from drumsticks helps reduce bone fragility.
It is also highly beneficial for weight loss, helps increase the iron levels in the blood, and assists in reducing high blood sugar levels in diabetic patients.
Along with these many benefits, it tastes excellent, which is why even children like to drink this soup. If children are given this soup regularly, they will never suffer from Vitamin D deficiency, and it will support their proper growth.

Adding pumpkin, spinach, moong dal, or masoor dal to this soup will increase its nutritional value while also enhancing its taste.

In Baramati, Shri Vaman Garud Kaka prepares this pumpkin and moringa soup using a traditional homemade method. It is not only delicious but also rich in nutrients.

जवळपास ७६% भारतीयांमध्ये व्हिटॅमिन डी ची कमतरता आहे, त्याच मुख्य कारण हे सूर्यप्रकाश न मिळणे किंवा आवर्जून उन्हामध्ये न बसणे, मुख्यतः मांसाहारी पदार्थ मध्ये व्हिटॅमिन डी असणे आणि आपल्याकडे रोज मांसाहार करत नसल्यामुळे किंवा रोज खाल्ले तरी त्याचे absorption न होणे हे आहे.म्हणून आम्ही विश्वराज हॉस्पिटल मध्ये शाकाहारी स्त्रोत असलेले पदार्थ देवून त्यावर एक संशोधन केले आणि ते आता “जर्नल ऑफ करंट रिसर्च इन फूड सायन्स”
ह्या जर्नल मध्ये प्रसिद्ध झाले. फक्त ह्यासोबत absorption साठी तूप खाल्ले, उपाशीपोटी सकाळी तूप प्याले की शाकाहारी मधूनही व्हिटॅमिन डी चे रक्तातील प्रमाण वाढते.
व्हिटॅमिन डी जास्त असलेले शाकाहारी पदार्थ:-
1. नाचणी
2. मका
3. राजगिरा
4. डाळिंब
5. आंबा
6. जांभूळ
7. राजगिरा भाजी
8. मशरूम
9. कडधान्य
10. खसखस
11. तीळ
12. टोमॅटो
About 76% Indian population have Vitamin D deficiency. The main reason is lack of exposure to sunlight, lack of D3 rich means non vegetarian food consumption and low absorption rate even if we eat meat daily. So we have conducted a successful study on D2 rich foods i.e. vegetarian source of vit d, in Vishwaraj hospital Pune, major concern for D2 rich foods that is vegetarian source of vitamin d is its low absorption rate so we asked to eat homemade pure ghee (clarified butter) with those d2 rich foods as ghee increases absorption of foods and Now published in “Journal of Current Research in Food Science”
D2 rich foods are as follows:-
1. Ragi
2. Corn/maize
3. Amaranth seeds(Rajgira)
4. Pomegranate
5. Mango
6. Jamun
7. Amaranth leafy vegetables
8. Mushrooms
9. Sprouts & beans
10. Poppy seeds
11. Sesame seeds
12. Tomatoes

डेंग्यू किंवा बाकी वायरल तापामध्ये पेशी कमी होतात त्यासाठी किवीऐवजी पेरू खा, त्यामुळे पेशी लवकर वाढण्यास मदत होईल. २ वर्षांपूर्वी मी केलेले संशोधन. Eat guava instead of kiwi in low platelet count induced by dengue fever or any other fever, clinical research done by me last year.
