some of my colleagues commented in person that the malpractices of the industry are bad & i replied ...... i too think so. But i hope the industry will take a turn & again selling will change . Drs may go to those companies who give Value but CRM will be there & i believed since those days ...nothing is wrong in CRM provided malpractices are avoided by both the parties.
