Meet Siddhi, she has not just wished for it but she has and is working for it.
Siddhi a fashion designing student always wanted to look slim and fit and flaunt fashionable outfits. Being a college student she always wished to look thin like her other friends.
She came to me with a clear intention to lose weight. We sat together and analysed her lifestyle. And depending on her routine, her program was designed focusing on healthy eating, moderate activity and good nutrition.
I have tried to make small changes in her lifestyle which are maintainable and yet result oriented.
Siddhi has lost amazing 6kgโฌ. Her hard work, dedication and sincerity has helped her to achieve this amazing result.
One can understand, being a youngster how difficult it is to stay away from all the tempting foods while hanging out with our friends at different food joints.

If you are on a weight loss program, NEAT is an essential component of your daily activities.

We have limitations for a workout session so calories burnt are also limited. One cannot workout in a gym or at home for 3-4 hrs daily. It is physically not possible and one cannot dedicate that much time from our busy routine.

But we can surely keep ourself active throughout the day by doing additional tasks around the house or putting a little extra effort into our daily chores, which can be a great opportunity to increase daily NEAT

Non-exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT), can play a significant role in maximizing the total amount of calories burnt in a single day.

NEAT along with a calorie restricted meal plan can also be helpful in maintaining our blood sugar on a lower side and weight maintenance.๐Ÿ˜Š In our busy schedule mostly we are following sedentary work ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ป style and don't even get dedicated time to workout restricting our energy expenditure. This causes weight gain โซ and increase in fat mass๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜Ÿ Some activities which can help you to increase your NEAT are:-
โญ Walking
โญ Mopping
โญ Playing with your kids
โญ Walk instead of using vehicle to reach nearby places.
โญ Play some music and dance
โญ In office visit a washroom which is away from your desk, maybe on other floor.
โญ Use staircase instead of elevator.
โญ Don't sit at one place for more than an hour.
โญ Walk while you talk on phone

Just keep moving....๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿธ๐Ÿšด๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Make sure you achieve a target of about 8k to 10K ๐Ÿ‘ฃ daily which is as good as a whole workout.

And remember it's a lifestyle not a temporary change
