Most people believe fat loss = eating as little as possible.
That’s the biggest mistake I see every single day.
When you drastically cut food, your body doesn’t burn more fat — it protects itself.
Metabolism slows down.
Energy crashes.
Cravings increase.
And fat loss stalls.
Eating too little increases stress hormones, disturbs sleep, and pushes your body into survival mode. That’s why people feel tired, irritable, and still don’t see results despite “being strict.”
Real fat loss happens when:
• Meals are balanced, not skipped
• Protein intake is adequate
• Carbs are timed smartly
• Fats support hormones
• Routine is consistent, not extreme
Your body needs enough nutrition to release fat safely and sustainably.
Starving only gives short-term scale drops and long-term rebound weight gain.
If you’re eating less but feeling worse — that’s your sign to change strategy, not reduce food further.
