At desk exercise (can be repeated multiple times)
1. Neck ,wrist, shoulders, arms and ankle rotations
2. forward and backward toes stretching

At printer desk (whenever you take printouts)
1. calf raises
2. Alternate Glute kicks
3. Alternate knee raises
4. upward body stretching with hands up

At rest rooms (every time you visit)
1. squats
2. wall pushups
3. toe touches by bending down

Drinking lots of water make you walk upto the washrooms frequently.
Climb up the stairs instead of using lifts/escalators
Get down the Bus or Cab one stop prior to your drop so that it will make you walk some distance. See Less
