Yes, this is the good bacteria required for the healthy functioning of the body.
This gut bacteria basically helps in improving digestion, producing nutrients and protect us from harmful germs.
Highly processed food destroys the ecosystem of this gut bacteria leading to health problems🤮
High fiber food such as vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts and fermented food play a vital role in boosting gut bacteria.
On the other hand, processed food isn’t good for the gut bacteria as they don’t get the fuel necessary for their survival🥰
The lesser the gut bacteria – more the digestion problems.
While vegetables, fruits, dark chocolate tea, coffee, wine, curd, pickle etc help in boosting gut bacteria, sodas, chips, burgers and heavy alcohol consumption are shown to be adversely affecting✅
