C/o Acne Vulgaris
22 yrs Girl
Pt conversation:I want to get rid of this acne since oct 19 everyday 5:7 new coming on cheeks sometimes on back ,
I took (2-3) dermatologist medicine for three months and after that it increased more so I stoped my own
I thought medicine was too hot ,so heat increased and after acne spreds ,initially it was not that much
Now it’s damaging my face
Dr; damaging your face ? it will reduced
Pt ; no it’s not reducing now almost 8:9 months and I tried everything all types of lotions,creams ,face wash ,various types of mask ,homemade masks and it was like everydays circus
Dr ; what’s bothering you ?
Pt ; see ,dr I left my study for my family I am 24 hr baby sitter, earn my own but sometimes work overloads and
cause of lockdown I miss my home and I can’t go
Dr; worrying for family ?
Pt; yes,specially for father ,he is so sensitive and calm person if someone trobles him I don’t like it
Dr; who troubles them ?
Pt ; his sister”aunt”(furious face) she have very bad habit to interfere our lives she is negetive person and spoiling our life
Dr ; anything happend in oct nov 19 ?
Pt; (she was not willing to tell me ),
in very monotonous tone ,I had relationship with one guy and he left me without reason ,I just dnt want to talk on this topic.
Dr; so tell me what you want to share with me ?
Pt ; I am doing my job and earning my own ,no one should come in between me and my family if someone cross there limit ,I will kill them
Dr:what about your nature ?
Pt;I am very mild person but If I get anger I just can’t control I become very furious
