LET US PLEDGE TO DO MINIMUM 75 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY WEEK

SPINE CARE CLINIC participates, celebrates and stand in solidarity in celebration of AZAADI KA AMRUT MAHOTSAV, 75 years of Indian Independence.

This is a time for us to remember and pay our tributes to all those who selflessly fought in the nations struggle for freedom. We acknowledge that freedom for INDIA has not come easily and we had to pay heavy price for it. We salute all our freedom fighters for their sacrifices for the nation without which we would have not been in FREE INDIA..

This is also the time to pay our respects and to salute our armed forces who have kept us safe in times of war and insurgency.

On this momentous occasion we need to resolve to create a strong nation for a better future for our generations to come.

As we celebrate 75 years of Indian Independence, Let us all pledge to become Healthy by at least exercising 75 mins every week, that is doing any form of exercise for at least 15 minutes a day for 5 times a week which makes 75 minutes in a week.
It is well proven that even 75 minutes of good work out, helps you to keep yourself more healthy and fit. Healthy Citizens will lead to Healthy Workforce of the Nation, Healthy Workforce will lead to more productive work which will then surely lead India towards prosperity.
