After the Diwali feast comes the Ayurvedic reset.
Festive indulgence often leaves us heavy, sluggish, and low on energy. Ayurveda’s answer is Laghu Langhan, a short practice of light, healing foods that clear toxins (āma), rekindle digestive fire (agni), and restore balance.
Here’s a simple 4-day reset plan you can follow:
🌿 Day 1 – Soups & Khichdi only (light, easy to digest)
🌿 Day 2 – Dal & rice
🌿 Day 3 – Light roti + sabji
🌿 Day 4 – Return to normal diet mindfully
Ayurvedic Tip: Avoid cream, cornflour, or heavy “trendy soups” like broccoli-almond or palak-cream. They burden digestion instead of supporting it.
