Same as in meditation practice, running helps you to deepen your breath and start massaging the Hara - the center where meditative energy is released. When we run, the body is in such activity that there is no energy left for the head to go on and on; thinking stops. In those moments of non-thinking your existence is pure and you just simply are - your authentic self.

We can reach this state of mind by simply imagining that we are running. We will attain those moments again when suddenly meditation is there.✨
