Our Story

CrossFit Vyom is the first and the only CrossFit affiliate in Pune associated with Reebok. It is located in the prime of the city at East Court, Phoenix Market City, Viman Nagar, Pune. Known for its coaching excellence, personal touch and attention to detail, this place offers a training program that targets different aspects of fitness i.e. Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Agility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Balance, Cardiovascular Endurance and Accuracy. It includes exercises from the domains of Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Kettlebells, Plyometrics and Cardiovascular exercises. The workouts are designed and scaled as per every individual’s fitness level and the box runs as a community. As is clearly evident from its clientele, this place is ideal to progress on the path of getting fitter making it the best gym for any fitness requirements.
