3D Architectural Visualisation is conversion of 2D Architectural drawings into a Realistic 3D representation with beautiful landscapes and other beautifications for Marketing purpose i.e to make the concept of design clear for non technical clients . The Visualisation can be done for Print Media where still shots are rendered or for creating an Animated Walkthrough of the space whether its exterior or Interior . The 3D Rendering process :

1.Modeling using CAD plans as a reference and for scale.

2.Getting approval from the clients for any Design Changes .

3.Fixing the best possible Camera angle for the view and adding other elements to the scene like Landscapes , humans , vehicles, etc .

4.Lighting the scene and Finally Rendering it for realism .

5. Post Production in Photoshop as a final touchup . Architects , Interior Designers , Furniture Designers , Product Designers , Mechanical Engineers , doctors etc . all have different 3D Visualisation Needs in their respective professions .
