We, at our set up believe in creating an amicable atmosphere along with delivering precise and efficient treatment. Happy Independence day everyone!

Today had to be documented since Shanaaya, my 7 year old got freedom from 2 decayed teeth and a few cavities. Our trip to Pune was planned around this appointment with . This one was in the making for very long. He checked her when she complained of tooth ache and declared she needed treatment more than a year back but it took so much time for me to get up the courage to put her through this. Because of the extent of work on her teeth, she needed conscious sedation. That means she had to be put in to sleepy mode to work on everything in one sitting.

Trust me, it was not fun as a parent to face your own fears and see your child go through this but I wouldn't have done it if it wasn't for Dr. Fardin. Apart from being my best friends husband, he is also one of the best Paediatric Dentists in Pune. He was friendly and so gentle with Shanaaya and answered all the questions she had.

This picture was taken 3 hours post her treatment and we were happy to see her back in full consciousness and smiling in front of the Indian flag.

If the tooth is structurally weak (hypoplastic tooth) they breakdown under biting forces and are more prone to caries than the other well formed natural teeth.
Composite restorations may provide as a suitable choice of treatment to increase the longevity of the tooth.
To more stronger teeth! 💪🏻
