Meet Gaurav Salve.
Born and brought up in Pune, Gaurav at a very young age found inspiration from his elder brother and set out on his fitness journey.
He was selected in the Indian army but was rejected in the medical round due to a small injury. His main motto is to serve people in someway or the other. Even during his workout hours at the gym he always assists in the kindest manner you will find.
Gaurav is known for his friendliness, his approach to workout routines and passion towards fitness.
He believes in a holistic fitness approach and looks upto for his goal and motivation.
He is currently focusing on transforming his body into an athletic figure from a body-building type and aims to achieve full body mobility through strength, movement and conditioning.

Meet our trainer of the month - Hussen Shaikh Hussen is one of the senior trainers of the gym, who climbed the success ladder in fitness real quick- In his career experience of 3 years he must have qtransformed over 50 members helping them lose fats and have promising transformation. But for Hussen it was always not that easy- He was naughty, indisciplined, very much careless as a kid. Fitness was not even a part of his plan until a friend forced him to do a course just for the company. That's how his journey began and during the when he decided to get back to his corporate sales job - he realised his love was missing and that's how fitness became Hussen 's true passion. Hussen is highly determined, uses only natural remedies like triphala , ashwagandha to manage weight for his clients, and no extra supplements. Shubham owns chains of small business restaurants in Pune and is also currently pursuing a Bachelors in Arts while providing trainer at the gym.
Shubham is only 22 years old and is managing restaurants, clients, studies and also preparing for a district level body building championship.
