Dr. Narendra Vaidya is a renowned surgeon for all the Joint replacement and spine surgeries. He has performed more than 2000 Arthroscopic Ligament Repair surgeries, 3500+ joint replacement surgeries, 3500 spine surgeries and around 25000 trauma surgeries.
A visionary in Healthcare, has been instrumental in establishing and spearheading the largest chain of Advanced Super speciality Orthopaedic Hospitals in India with an aim to provide technologically advanced and affordable Orthopaedic Care to the people with Compassionate care.
He successfully pioneered the first Robotic Assisted Uni-compartmental Knee Replacement in India and one of the first Robotic Assisted Total Knee Replacement in the world outside the USA.He is the pioneer of EMS (Emergency Medical Service) in India. Academic career
His academic career starts from B J Medical College where he pursue Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) then further he completed his M.S as Orthopaedics Gold medalist from University of Pune. in the specialty of Orthodontics. In between 1994-96 he completed D.N.B from National board of Examination. In 2001 he attended A.T.L.S (Advanced Trauma Life Support) from American College of Surgeons, San Diego.

The system was designed with a comprehensive and robust approach ranging for Prevention of Road Traffic, Industrial and Domestic accidents . The National Road Safety Awareness program was recognized and funded by the Ministry of Highways and Road Transport to educate general population on Road Safety, sensitizing school children, EMT Training, Road exhibits ,& educating doctors on pre-hospital care & trauma
