❌ Struggles are dismissed as “all in your head.”
❌ Pain is minimized with “just think positively.”
❌ Silence replaces honest conversations.

But seeking psychiatric help is not a weakness; it’s courage and responsibility.

Families can shift the narrative by:
1️⃣ Acknowledging, not dismissing
2️⃣ Educating, not minimizing
3️⃣ Talking, not staying silent
4️⃣ Supporting, not stigmatizing

Healing begins when we replace judgment with empathy.
