Sleep well:
Many health professionals may differ on this, that eight hours of sleep spread over 24 hours in a day is as good as sleeping eight hours in the night. But I differ on this. Human sleeping pattern at night has developed over a long period of human evolution. If we try to alter it, it will definitely have a negative effect on our bodies.
Most important is to get Seven or Eight hours of non-interruptive quality sleep in the night. It will have a direct positive effect on the overall health of a person. A sure shot to get a Glow on your face!
