1. Requirement is for a well known beauty clinic in Pimple Saudagar, Pune.
2. Timings 11 to 8 ( Monday weekly off)
3. Pharmacist required however the work of pharmacist is too less therefore person will be handling the front desk executive work as well. Total duty hours is 9 hours however total work will not exceed 7 hours on an average in any case. So the work load is not much however a variety of tasks are required to be done which includes but not limited to booking appointments, basic accounting work, bill making, inventory management, excel sheet work, defining and optimizing the processes, tele-calling, conducting inventory Audits etc. Variety of work gives great opportunity to learn various skills and will provide opportunities for personal growth.
4. The person should be ambitious, enthusiastic, knowledge-oriented and career minded. The person should be a go-getter and should work with minimum supervision and minimum follow-ups.
5. The person should have willingness to learn good processes, new computer skills and become a better professional with each passing day.
6. The person should know basic mathematics and basic accounting.
7. The person should be a go-getter and should complete the work in spite of challenges encountered instead of giving excuses.
8. The person should have willingness to learn new skills and grow their career. The person will get training for a person who has worked for top international companies and is a best-selling author. So great opportunity to learn and grow. If whatever gaps are there person will get world-class training.
9. The person should focus on increasing the business.
10. The working environment is very professional and safe ( everywhere CCTVs are installed and Pimple Saudagar area is a very developed area). Salary payments are timely.
