The patient reported with pain in the lower right back teeth region..

On examination, the lower right wisdom tooth was found to be the cause of pain..

IOPA revealed sharp curvature of roots.. CBCT provided more information about the pattern of roots and nerve relation..

Tooth removed surgically to avoid excessive pressure during removal and uneventful removal of complete tooth..

Time taken for removal was 9 mins only.. SHORT DURATION = HAPPY PATIENT

Post operative IOPA taken for confirmation..

Patient had complaint of mobile tooth in upper left anterior teeth region..
On examination tooth found carious, fractured and mobile crown..
CBCT examination revealed large periapical lesion likely to be periapical cyst .
After discussing many options patient opted for extraction of 22, enucleation of cyst followed by bone grafting for future placement of an implant..
Under local anesthesia tooth extraction done & cyst enucleated..
Maximum amount of bone preserved and cystic cavity, socket filled with bone graft followed by Membrane placement..
Primary closure of site done and mobile crown fragment cemented with help of adjacent teeth to give more esthetic results..
