"Start your day with a nutritious boost! 🌱🥣 Try this delicious Vegetable Upma, packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Perfect for a balanced breakfast or light meal! 🥕

Instructions:

1. Dry roast semolina in a pan on low heat for 4-5 minutes until lightly golden. Set aside.

2. Heat oil/ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and let them splutter.

3. Add green chilies, onion, and sauté until onions turn translucent.

4. Add carrots, peas, bell peppers, and cook for 3-4 minutes until veggies are slightly tender.

5. Pour in water, add salt, and bring to a boil.

6. Gradually add roasted semolina, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

7. Cook for 3-4 minutes until water is absorbed and upma reaches desired consistency.

8. Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Enjoy a bowl of health and flavor! 🌿✨

✨ Ingredients:
- Moong dal (split green gram)
- Ginger, garlic
- Onion, tomato, and green chili
- Cumin, turmeric, and coriander powder
- Salt to taste

✨ Method:
1. Soak moong dal for overnight or for 2 hours, then grind it with ginger and garlic.
2. Add chopped veggies and spices to the batter.
3. Heat a pan and cook the chilla until golden brown.

It’s time to break free from the misconception that all fats are harmful. The truth is, not all fats are created equal. 🙅‍♀️

While trans fats and excessive saturated fats can negatively impact your health, there are many fats that your body absolutely needs to function at its best. 💡 Let’s talk about the difference:

✅ Healthy Fats: These are your brain's best friends! Found in foods like avocados, olive oil, nuts, and seeds, these fats are essential for supporting brain health, hormone production, and overall wellbeing. Plus, they help your body absorb important fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K.

🥑 Monounsaturated Fats (like those in olive oil and coconut oil and homemade ghee and avocados) and
🥜 Polyunsaturated Fats (like omega-3s from fish and nuts) actually protect your heart, improve cholesterol levels, and reduce inflammation!

On the other hand…
❌ Trans Fats (often found in processed snacks) and
