Patient walks in.

One of the most common complaints you will hear as a dentist is "A lot of food gets stuck between my teeth!"

Often it is a cavity.

Often it is bad dentistry that adds to the problem.

And of course - poor oral hygiene habits.

Simple, effective fix. And cheap too!

Who says dentistry is expensive?

dental implants seem and sound scary to the average person. It is a "surgery" there is "pain" and "discomfort". Most stay away due to fear and wanting to delay or avoid this anxiety.
Well, it is a surgical intervention and will take a few days to heal. But if everything goes well and it is the correct indication (based on diagnosis and patient parameters) then an implant can give many years of function and is a good option to replace a missing tooth/teeth.
Dar ke aage teeth hai! ;-)

NOTHING is better than what Nature gave you!
What was totally amazing was that this was a road skid on a 2-wheeler and the Pt managed to find the fragment and had the sense to bring it in!
In case you have a fall/accident - come visit us ASAP! bring the tooth with you IF you find it. Preferably stored in MILK.
Single visit Endo. Fragment reattached. Done! less than 2 hours in the chair.
NO PAIN - ALL GAIN
No composite. No Ceramic. Good old enamel and dentin. ;-)

Elderly Gent. 70+ Went to a "chain" clinic. To get a bridge. They made an ill fitting all metal one. He went back multiple times to get it sorted. They were not able to.
He went to another dentist who tried to adjust the occlusion and grinded the metal till there was a white show-through on the molar. He also grinded the lower tooth significantly.
Finally, the son brought this man (patient) to us. Surprisingly easy diagnosis and suggestion later, he was so agitated he wanted the crowns removed the very same minute!
Vital Teeth! No Margins! Poor fit! No clearance!
The adjacent premolar has been shaved off brutally!!!
All I did was to grind the old crowns (metal) off the abutments, refine the preps and temporize. Now he is comfortable. On account of multiple health issues, we will see him in a week or more.
You can already see the difference in an hour!
I am sharing this because there are a LOT of CHEAPER clinics, and doctors who will charge less. We do NOT have a problem with this as long as the work is satisfactory and meets your expectations.
We do not claim to be the BEST or PERFECT... but we will keep trying to improve with every case and with every patient.

Usually Patients only come IF and WHEN they have PAIN.

For our profession it is a truism - No Pain, No Gain.

We keep doing our job. Try to do it well AND the best that we can.

This case is especially evident that a crown would not have enough ferrule/retention and hence a bonded restoration is more than adequate to provide minimal invasive Tx, and long-term function.

Tough case, tough access, heavy masseters and thick cheek! ALL patients are not equal! ALL patients are not alike! We individualize our care as much as possible.

A standard in our practice is to complete these complex procedures in 4 sittings. 1 -Diagnose. 2-Endo Tx. 3-Prosthos Prep. 4-Bond.
As PAINFREE as possible. As quickly as possible.
