It's an annual celebration in the honour of the founding date of the Food and Agriculture Organization launched by the United Nations on 16th October 1945. World Food Day is celebrated widely with great enthusiasm by several other organizations which are concerned with food security such as the International Fund for Agricultural Development, the World Food Program, and others.
The focus of the day is that food is a basic and fundamental human right. Yet, in a world of billions, over 820million people worldwide suffering chronic undernourishment, 60% women and almost five million children under the age of five die of malnutrition-related causes every day.

Let's not be mum on chum!
Its high time we should speak on periods.Menstrual health should be taught in every school and also during menstrual cycle, make sure you follow things as mentioned on poster.
We should teach our kids how this is natural and help them understand rather than hiding it from them. Also every girl should be taught how to take care of her health and its also the duty of every man to take care of the women in his life!

A lot of people have this myth in their mind that if they eat less or starve themselves they will lose weight, but the truth is its just a crash diet which will only lead to muscle loss and instead you will gain more weight in terms of storing fat cells for energy as the body is in starvation mode.
Instead have 5-6 small and frequent meals with portion size control and good quality food which will definitely help loose weight.
Do not eat less but eat right☑️

Here are some series of awareness facts which should be incorporated daily.🙂
Ghee- Instead of adding dollops of oil, try having 1tsp of ghee in your breakfast or at bedtime daily which acts a natural lubricant and also has gastroprotective properties. It also adds satiety.
