If you want to stay stuck with post-pregnancy weight forever… do this. ☠️

👉 Skip meals to “lose fat faster” ✅
👉 Survive on tea, biscuits, and leftovers ✅
👉 Follow random Instagram diets every week ✅
👉 Cut carbs because “carbs = fat” ✅
👉 Try to eat every 2 hours even when you know your routine is chaotic ✅

You are not tired, stuck, or frustrated because you lack discipline.

You feel this way because your postpartum body is running on wrong strategies.

You were told:
• Eat more to improve milk supply
• Work out harder to lose weight
• Cut rice and tea
• Push even when you’re exhausted

So you try harder. And still feel hungry, low on energy, and unhappy with your body.

Here’s what you actually need to start doing:

✔ Start balancing every meal with protein + carbs + fats (not just “ghar ka khana”)
✔ Start eating at fixed intervals instead of skipping and overeating later
✔ Start doing 15–20 mins of core + strength work, not random cardio

This is a story of Divya Pandya, a working mother of 4 month old baby, who was tired of taking insulin every day.

Fitness Goal - Want to stop insulin and reduce weight without impacting milk supply.

Fitness Challenge - breastfeeding mother, Sugar in the range of 250+ in spite of taking 46 units insulin everyday and following special diabetic diet.

Medical complications - Poorly controlled diabetes in spite of following diabetic diet.

Action taken

1. Understand the kind of nutritional gap she had.
2. Fill those gap with right food choices that would take care of her nutritional needs, hunger, cravings, milk flow and the weight
3. Give her a strategy that fits into her day to day life so that it is easy to stay consistent.
