Gynecomastia (guy-nuh-koh-MAS-tee-uh) is swelling of the breast tissue in boys or men, caused by an imbalance of the hormones estrogen and testosterone. Gynecomastia can affect one or both breasts, sometimes unevenly. Newborns, boys going through puberty and older men may develop gynecomastia as a result of normal changes in hormone levels, though other causes also exist.
Generally, gynecomastia isn't a serious problem, but it can be tough to cope with the condition. Men and boys with gynecomastia sometimes have pain in their breasts and may feel embarrassed.
Gynecomastia may go away on its own. If it persists, medication or surgery may help.

Symptoms
Signs and symptoms of gynecomastia include :

Vaginoplasty is a procedure that aims to "tighten up" a va**na that's become slack or loose from va**nal childbirth or aging. Some surgeons claim it can even improve sensitivity.

While it's true that va**nal tissues can stretch, surgically tightening the va**nal tissue in itself cannot guarantee a heightened sexual response, since desire, arousal, and or**sm are complex, highly personal responses, conditioned as much by emotional, spiritual, and interpersonal factors as aesthetic ones. In addition, sexual "sensitivity" doesn't automatically lead to more pleasure - it can actually lead to pain.

Labiaplasty, plastic surgery on the l***a (the “lips" surrounding the va**na), can be performed alone or with vaginoplasty. Surgery can be performed on the l***a major (the larger, outer va**nal lips), or the l***a minor (the smaller, inner va**nal lips). Labiaplasty changes the size or shape of the l***a, typically making them smaller or correcting an asymmetry between them.
